You'll have no trouble navigating downtown or the slopes from Silver Kingdom as it's located in a quiet neighborhood setting but close to a free shuttle stop that will bring you into Aspen’s downtown core offering world-class shopping, dining, and skiing. Buses run constantly between Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk (X-Games) and Snowmass Village so you’ll have abundant transportation options throughout the Aspen valley.
After a long day of skiing, steep your body in the private hot tub, soothing your muscles and savoring the mountain views. This spacious 7-bedroom, 6-bathroom two-story home can accommodate up to 18 people offering exclusive access to a two-car garage and large driveway, which can handle up to five vehicles. During the evening, the double living room and dining room for 10 is perfect for multiple families to turn your favorite sporting event on cable TV, catch a movie or organize a boardgame tournament in front of the wood-burning fireplace. In the warmer months, skip the steakhouse and have groceries delivered from City Market and fire up the grill on the wrap-around deck offering multiple patio tables for a summer backyard party. Cook breakfast together in the spacious kitchen with granite countertops, two ovens and jenn-air cook top with hardwood floors for easy clean up. Pets are considered with a nonrefundable cleaning fee.
Escape to the upper level where you will be greeted with four bedrooms. The first room features a king bed with an in-suite bathroom with jetted tub. Down the hall is the remaining three guest bedrooms featuring twins that can be made into 2 kings and 2 twins separated, to get the best sleep you didn't know you needed while on vacation. The upper level also features the second living room with a Bose Sound dock, multiple DVD players and a bonus bedroom with a twin bed making it easy to entertain. The guest bathroom features a spacious stand-alone steam shower to get some privacy while you put your washer and dryer to work for fresh new gear for the next day. The first floor has the other three bedrooms. The first room features a queen bed, and the other two rooms feature 4 twin beds that can be converted into 2 king beds. The remaining guest bathrooms offer 2 shower/tub combos, and 2 stand-alone showers. All bedrooms have their own televisions with cable and internet. Daily housekeeping is included with your rental who will clean and make your beds each day.
